    Outgoing tenants transferring their lease, and verified landlords. Both must pass BVN/NIN + ID checks. Properties require live walkthrough verification before going public.

  • What does the 2.5% referral mean?

    When your apartment is successfully transferred to a new tenant through NoAgency, you earn 2.5% of the first-year rent as a referral commission, paid out via Paystack.
